Flying School at Kai-Tak Aerodrome,
Hong Kong•
I have the honour to inform you that, in accordance
with arrangements made by Mr. J.A. Calder of the Colonial
Office, I presented myself at the Air Ministry, Kingsway,
at 3.30. p.m. on the 2nd instant and was received by Mr.
J.S. Ross to whom I explained the difficulties that were
being encountered in Hong Kong by the Air Ministry's
objection to the establishment of a Flying School at the
Kai-Tak Aerodrome, Hong Kong.
Mr. Ross then took me up to see Air Commodore Mills
and a small Conference was held at which the following
were present: -
